Devils River State Natural Area

NOTICE (4/26/13): Currently the Devils River from Baker's Crossing to Lake Amistad is far below minimum recommended flow levels for paddling trips. TPWD recommends that paddling trips be rescheduled to coincide with the return of at least minimum recommended flow conditions.

Public Use & Planning

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is working with stakeholders and the public to develop plans for sustainable and responsible long-term conservation and use of the Devils River. Our actions today have the power to effect positive change that will help conserve the river for future generations to enjoy.
