Enchanted Rock State Natural Area

5/7/2013 - Due to heavy weekend visitation and the ongoing drought, potable water at Enchanted Rock SNA is extremely limited. All visitors are encouraged to bring their own drinking water, and campers are encouraged to keep showers to a minimum. Please help conserve our water resource during your next visit.

Excess Vehicle Overnight Fee is $5.00 per car, per night, for over two vehicles per campsite. No ash producing fires are permitted in this area, only containerized fuel stoves that can be turned off, are allowed.

  • $10 non-peak price (June through August)
  • $12 peak price (September through May)
  • Hike in 1 to 2 miles
  • Pets allowed in primitive areas
  • All trash must be carried out
  • Outdoor composting toilets
  • Ground fires (including charcoal) prohibited
