Meridian State Park

June 29, 2013- The boat ramp on Lake Meridian is currently closed due to low lake levels.

The footbridge on Bee Creek, part of the Bosque Hiking Trail, has been removed due to damage. The trail is impassible except by crossing the creek itself.

Directions:

Take State Highway 174 from Cleburne, State Highway 144 from Glen Rose, or State Highway 6 from Waco. Join State Highway 22 and proceed to the park. Take State Highway 22 from Hillsboro or Hamilton. The park is located about 3 miles southwest of Meridian off of State Highway 22.
