Meetings
Public involvement and feedback are vital to the success of the proposed Battleship Texas (BB-35) Dry Berth Project. As the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) and the Department of the Navy (the Navy) move forward with processes set forth by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the public will be provided with multiple opportunities to provide feedback about the proposed project.
TPWD and NAVSEA accepted proposals for any reasonable alternatives to the dry berth through May 31, 2012. No alternatives were proposed.
