- GOOD. Water normal stain; 75 degrees; 4.52 feet below pool. The lake level continues to rise and the water carity is dirty on the main lake and muddy towards the rivers. Black bass to 5.79 pounds are good on chatterbaits, shakyhead and crankbaits in 3-12 feet of water. Crappie are good with catches up to 13 inches under docks in 5-9 feet of water with black and chartreuse, or white with a chartreuse head jig in 5-9 feet of water. Some crappie are on brush piles using minnows in 10-12 feet of water. White bass are good on crankbaits and small swimbaits. Catfish are fair on cut or prepared bait.
