Blue-Green Algae Advisory
Based on recent test results, the blue-green algae warning at Lake Texoma has been changed to a lake-wide ADVISORY. Primary body contact with the water is discouraged. The lake is OPEN to boating and fishing. Boaters are advised to use caution and avoid direct contact with the water. Fish should be cleaned well and entrails should be discarded, but fish are fine to consume. Check the USACE Tulsa District website and the USACE Tulsa District Facebook page for updates.
