White River has picnic areas with 30 tables, 4 camping areas, 2 RV areas with water and electricity only, a fishing house, and cleaning station. There is no handicap accessible fishing area. The reservoir has good shoreline access for bank anglers

- Located on east side of lake. From FM 2794, exit on County Road 245 and turn on River Crest Road.
- Two one-lane boat ramps with parking for 10 each
