Two public boat ramps provide access to small and medium-sized boats. Camping is available nearby at Lake Arrowhead State Park. For more details, choose a point on the map or a name in the chart below.

Ramp No. 1

• Located off Southwestern Parkway. Turn south on Fairway and follow it to Lakeshore Drive. The ramp is located just beyond the American Legion Post.
• Accomodates small boats
• No fee required
• Open all year from 5 a.m. to midnight
• Operated by City of Wichita Falls (940) 761-7477

Ramp No. 2

• Located east of dam off Old Lake Road across from State Hospital
• Accommodates medium-sized boats
• No fee required
• Open all year
