Angling Opportunities
Wichita Reservoir has suffered two major golden alga fish kills recently, one in 2009 and one in 2012. The fishery is currently in poor condition. When the reservoir recovers, it is anticipated that the major species available to anglers will be channel catfish and white crappie.
